In order to effectively operate and fulfil its obligations, the RDA is interested in employing dependable and competent candidates to fill the following position:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Welcoming visitors and clients, Answering phone calls, Responding to emails, Scheduling meetings, Preparing conference rooms for meetings and minutes during meetings, Making travel arrangements for executives, Printing and copying documents as needed, Prepare the Administrator’s agenda, including appointments schedule, Reviewing incoming documents, Read and verify the format and substance of documents submitted to the Administrative officer ,Prepare, manage, record, and dispatch correspondences by or intended for the Administrative officer, Perform administrative tasks, including filing, Manage database entry and clients files and maintain confidential department files/records.
KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Office supervision skills; Communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; Computer skills: Word, Excel, IECMS, E-procurement, Digital literacy skills; Time management skills; Integrity; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Risk management skills; Resource management skills; Decision making skills; Results oriented skills; Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English, and/or French, knowledge of all is an added advantage.
– To be Rwandan Nationality
-A2 in Secretary option and 5 years of relevant experience or A1/A0 in Law and related field, 1 year of relevant experience.
– To be at least 18 years old and not more than 30 years old.
-Not to have had any criminal conviction of more than six months.
