Company Overview:

Founded in 2014, Panorama Media (PM) Ltd. (Registration No. RMC/C/14/015), is accredited by the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA License No. RURA/ICT/LIC/210181745). Initially a print media house, Panorama has transitioned to digital platforms, offering content through its website, www.panorama.rw, and an array of social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Editorial Focus:

Our core emphasis lies in promoting Good Governance and Sustainable Development. We curate engaging content tailored to resonate with diverse audience segments, driving conversations that further socio-economic and financial independence. The information related agriculture should cover about 60 percent, and 20 percent which is related to other economic areas. We also look at the role of the community engagement in decisions’ making. So far, we put the strength in the investigative stories to bring about changes in the community and leadership.

Achievements:

• Panorama staff received the “Best Feature Story” award in 2021 by ARJ.
• We were the “Overall Winner in Print and Online Category” in 2022 by HDI (Health Development Initiative).

Leadership:

Our Managing Editor is renowned in the media industry, serving as a mentor and an Editor with ARJ. He is also the Country Representative for the Media Freedom Committee – Rwanda Chapter.

Volunteer Role:

Represent Panorama in designated areas, working under the guidance of our headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Completed at least six high school courses, preferably in Biology, Geography, Agriculture, or Economics.
• Higher education in fields such as Economics, Sciences, Geography, Environment, Agriculture, Rural Development, Nursing, Medicine, Law, Psychology and Pedagogy, or Statistics.
• Residency or employment in the province where you wish to represent Panorama.
• Ethical and moral integrity.
• Honest, friendly demeanor.
• A genuine interest in media.
• Willingness to volunteer.

• A motivation letter, mentioning the area you are interested in, addressed to the Managing Editor of Panorama.
• Curriculum Vitae and copies of qualifications.
