RPF-Inkotanyi Chairman and Presidential flag-bearer Paul Kagame has said that RPF members were not trained to destroy, but to fight destroyers.

Kagame has said this today July 20th, 2017 in front of his supporters during his campaign rally in Rulindo district.

He has told them that Rulindo has experienced the history of meaningful conflicts for Rwanda.

“Dear Rulindo residents, we were told about the history of won battles here in your district, this is very meaningful for our country, the battles were won here and that history was not good, but today a significant change was made and we continue looking for a better future,” Kagame said.

He urged those citizens to strive for a better future and working consistently to build the development of the country instead of destroying.

“Dear Rulindo residents, we must push for good developmental initiatives which aim at improving agriculture, education, infrastructure and so, and so forth. That is what we need to keep on improving as you sing that “Nobody can destroy them with my vigilance”. Let’s build them and preserve them together.” He noted.

The RPF Presidential flag-bearer continued saying that they always build and fight whoever can destroy.

“It is about the concerns of RPF members and its leaders since along ago, we are accustomed with building instead of destroying. We also know that this culture dwells here in Rulindo, let’s keep it up,”Kagame said.

He reminded them that August 4th is the ceremony to build Rwanda with a strong vision.

“Dear Rulindo residents, the meant action of August 4th reminds us to maintain the history so that our children, those who are alive today and who will born tomorrow find the country which gives them opportunities to build development. You are our focus and we expect from you the chance to build the country. The august 4th is a ceremony that pushes us in the way we started,” Kagame highlighted.

He added that everyone has the role to play so that the country reaches the target of sustainable development.

“The way we started so far is the way which leaves no one behind, whether the woman, the child, the man, elderly persons, we do not wish to leave anyone behind, but, we ask for  everyone’s contribution to  move together and celebrate.” Kagame said.
