Umuneke, urubuto rutera akanyamuneza no gusinzira neza

Umuneke ni rumwe mu mbuto zikundwa n’abatari bake mu Rwanda ndese no hanze, rukaba runaboneka byoroshye mu banyarwanda ugereranyije na zimwe mu mbuto zindi kuboneka kwazo bigorana. Umuneke ni urubuto rutera akanyamuneza kandi rugatuma umuntu asinzira neza.

8. Umuneke ukize ku myungu ngugu itandukanye irimo umuringa, manyesiyumu na manganeze. Manyesiyumu igira uruhare mu gukomeza amagufa no kurinda umutima, umuringa witabazwa mu gukora insoro zitukura mu maraso ya muntu.

9. Ukungahaye kandi kuri potasiyumu nyinshi, ituma umutima ukora neza, ikongera udutsi duto dutwara amaraso birinda umuvuduko w’amaraso ukabije.
