   byo ukabinywa nyuma waruhutse;

. Mu gihe ubinywa wibivanga n’inzoga kuko bizatuma utumva ko wasinze  bikazaba

  bigukururira gutakaza amazi menshi mu mubiri;

. Ntiwemerewe kubinywa niba urwara Hypertension;

. Mbere yo kunywa ibi binyobwa banza ugishe muganga inama niba mu gihe cyose ufite

  uburwayi runaka cyane cyane bugendanye n’imikorere y’umutima;

. Ntugomba kunywa ibi binyobwa uri no kunywa imiti imwe n’imwe igabanya uburibwe

  cyangwa ivura grippe kuko ibamo caffeine;

. Niba wanyoye ibi binyobwa ntukanywe ibindi birimo caffeine nka coca-cola, ikawa n’icyayi.
