Indwara z’umutima ni zimwe mu zitwara ubuzima bw’abantu benshi ku isi. Icyakora, inkuru nziza ni uko nyinshi muri zo zishobora kwirindwa iyo umuntu ahinduye bimwe mu byo akora buri munsi. Dore uburyo bw’ingenzi bwo kwirinda indwara z’umutima.
