Rwanda cannot restrain anyone’s support towards its development

President Paul Kagame on the interview with semafor Africa summit, interviewer mentioned about Rwanda in-between of choosing between America and China, two politico-economics rivals, both of them play a major role in development of African countries, he said that Rwanda is open for everyone who will come to support its development.

Lately Rwanda has inaugurated the 50 years of good relationship with China where this country supports in technical and economic development through different aspects. The e.g, we can take to understand this is 19th February 2020 China signs US $ 60 million grant and US $ 6million debt exemption to Rwanda.

The United States of American has allocated more than 147 $ million in foreign assistance to Rwanda in 2021, making it Rwanda’s largest bilateral donor. As we got the news from Reutters.

“I don’t think we need to be bullied into making choices between USA and China,” President Paul Kagame says during panel at semafor’s Africa summit in Washington DC and emphasized that both China and America play a systematic role in development of Rwanda through infrastructure and economic projects.

“I think we need to have both and others partners in as far as that they also respect and understand that we have something to contribute” President Paul Kagame.
